Where is Lost & Found located at each event?
Lost and Found is located at the Welcome Kit area at each event.
How late can I pick up my competitor Welcome Kit?
You can pick up your competitor Welcome Kit at the Welcome Kit pick up area anytime during event hours (while supplies last).
Can I bring in food or drink into the venue?
This varies across each venue. You can find more information about the venue’s policy on each location specific event page.

What is the code of conduct for this event?
We are committed to fostering an environment that is inclusive to all participants. We expect all event attendees to review and abide by the Play! Pokémon Inclusion Policy. Please review the Play! Pokémon Standards of Conduct for all Championship Series and other key event policies here.
Are media passes available for this event?
No – but you can email events@gaminggenerations.com for information about the media policy.
Is there a Bag Policy for this event?
Yes, bags larger than 9″ × 14″ × 22″ (23 cm × 36 cm × 56 cm) are not permitted into the event. If an airline would not classify it as a carry-on, it is too big. You can find more information about our policy here.

Each convention center provides a variety of accessibility services. Please check on the specific convention center website for more information.
Schedule or On-Site FAQs
When does the hall close on Saturday and Sunday?
The Event Hall closes when the final round completes each day.
Is there a lunch break?
This varies across each event; however, the Junior and Senior Divisions are allotted a lunch break while the Masters Divisions typically do not have a lunch break. This is subject to change.
Registration FAQs
How do I purchase a spectator pass?
You can purchase a spectator pass on RK9 here (while supplies last). Please make sure to choose the specific event you would like to attend.
Can I purchase a spectator pass onsite?
No, you can only purchase them online via RK9.
If spectator passes are sold out online, will there be more available closer to the event or on-site?
This varies for each event depending on capacity. You can check on RK9 here (while supplies last). However, we cannot guarantee that more will become available.
Can I purchase a competitor pass on-site at the event?
No – competitor passes are only available online during the registration window on RK9. If competitor passes are sold out, there will not be any available on-site.
Does my wristband get me into the event all 3 days?
Yes, buying a spectator pass or competitor pass will grant you access to the event during show hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Can I transfer my spectator pass or competitor registration to my friend or family member?
No, spectator and competitor passes are non-transferable.
If I can no longer attend as a competitor, can a friend or family member pick up my competitor Welcome Kit?
No, the person who registered for the event must be present on site with ID ready to pick up their Welcome Kit.
Side Events FAQs
Can I play side events if I’m not in the main event?
Yes, as long as you have a spectator pass or competitor pass.
What are Side Events?
Side Events are smaller events that you can play to acquire prize tickets to redeem at Prize Wall. More information will be provided later. If you would like to see the Side Events schedule for an event, you can find more information on the specific event page.
